Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, custom logos that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design elements.

• Ensure all design files are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

• Maintain open communication with the team and management regarding project progress and challenges.
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality design solutions within the specified timeframe.
• Stay flexible and adapt to changes in project scope or design direction.
• Contribute to the development of our design process and best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to junior designers as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on logo and branding design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Portfolio that demonstrates expertise in creating unique and effective logos.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing principles, with an understanding of how design contributes to business objectives.
