Key Responsibilities

• Editing videos for YouTube using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, ensuring high quality and engaging content.
• Collaborating with the content team to develop and implement video strategies that meet clients' objectives.
• Creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Working closely with writers and designers to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Conducting research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and YouTube marketing.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize innovative video ideas and campaigns.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Ensuring all videos are optimized for YouTube algorithms and audience engagement.
• Providing feedback and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Staying organized, maintaining accurate records, and managing project files efficiently.
• Collaborating with the production team to plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting and equipment preparation.
• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, industries, and target audiences.
• Creating style guides and ensuring consistency across all video content.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of video production principles, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and narrative structure.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with YouTube analytics and video optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and style guides, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices and tones.

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
