Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support data systems and processes
• Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and recommend innovative solutions to drive business outcomes
• Work with data visualization tools to create interactive and dynamic reports and dashboards
• Develop and maintain data warehouses and business intelligence systems to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Participate in agile development methodologies to ensure rapid delivery of high-quality solutions
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
• Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
• Experience working with databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in an agile development environment with a focus on rapid delivery and continuous improvement
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data quality and integrity
• Experience working with machine learning algorithms and predictive models
• Strong understanding of data governance and data security best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
