Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and promote our brand
• Create and implement email marketing strategies that align with our business goals
• Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement email marketing campaigns
• Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain email marketing reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing email campaigns
• Test and optimize email campaigns for maximum impact
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing
• Provide training and support to our marketing team on email marketing best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with our email marketing vendors and partners
• Manage our email marketing budget and ensure that all campaigns are executed within budget
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize email campaigns
• Develop and implement email marketing automation workflows
• Manage our email marketing calendar and ensure that all campaigns are executed on time

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including list segmentation, personalization, and automation
• Proficient in email marketing software, such as Marketo or Mailchimp
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and social media marketing
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
