Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, efficient, and reliable mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure that the codebase is maintainable, efficient, and adheres to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance problems, and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of code, including comments, diagrams, and technical notes.
• Contribute to the development of our technical roadmap, and provide input on mobile app development strategy and direction.
• Monitor and analyze application performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, and ensure that our applications are accessible and user-friendly.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile app development using Flutter, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
• Strong proficiency in Dart, Java, or Kotlin, and experience with Android and iOS platforms.
• Excellent understanding of mobile app development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with version control systems, including Git, and familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services, including Firebase or AWS, and experience with API design and development.
• Strong understanding of security principles, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption, and experience with security testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Experience with testing frameworks, including Jest or Appium, and familiarity with test-driven development and behavior-driven development.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
