About the role

Silverline Labs is creating a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a Java Developer to design, implement, and optimise micro‑service components that ingest, transform, and expose operational data in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop robust Java microservices using Spring Boot to process streaming data.
• Design RESTful APIs that deliver analytics results to internal dashboards.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate Kafka, Flink, or similar streaming technologies.
• Write unit and integration tests, enforce code quality, and participate in code reviews.
• Monitor service performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement scaling solutions.

Must-have skills

• Strong Java expertise (3+ years) with Spring Boot.
• Hands‑on experience building microservice architectures.
• Understanding of data pipelines, message queues, and real‑time analytics.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Apache Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes deployment.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
