About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is expanding its data layer for a new analytics platform. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity across micro‑services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement MongoDB data models aligned with business needs
• Write efficient aggregation pipelines and indexing strategies
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate MongoDB with Node.js services
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and enforce security best practices

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with MongoDB schema design and performance tuning
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js ecosystem
• Understanding of RESTful API integration
• Ability to write clear documentation and test cases

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployments
• Experience with cloud databases (Atlas, AWS DocumentDB)
