About the role

BlueSky Ventures is expanding its B2B SaaS suite with a new multi‑tenant feature set. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design, implement, and optimize data structures that support isolated tenant data while maintaining performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Model and implement multi‑tenant schemas in MongoDB
• Create efficient indexes and aggregation pipelines for tenant‑specific queries
• Develop data migration scripts for existing tenant data
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate MongoDB operations into Node.js services
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in production

Must-have skills

• Proven experience with MongoDB design patterns for multi‑tenant applications
• Strong command of JavaScript, NodeJS, and RESTful API integration
• Ability to write clean, testable code and automated scripts
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes deployment
• Knowledge of security best practices for data isolation
