About the role

Pinecrest Systems is enhancing its operations with a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform. We need a .NET Core Developer to design, implement, and optimize services that ingest, transform, and expose operational data for analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain .NET Core micro‑services that process real‑time and batch data streams.
• Integrate Azure services (Event Hubs, Data Factory, Blob Storage) to support scalable pipelines.
• Implement data validation, enrichment, and error‑handling logic.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define API contracts and performance targets.
• Write unit and integration tests, and ensure code quality through peer reviews.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with .NET Core and C#.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Azure cloud services for data processing.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and message‑queue patterns.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part‑time schedule.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL data stores.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Background in analytics or BI tooling.
