As a Photography Enhancer, you will be responsible for refining and perfecting the visual elements of our clients' photographs. Key Responsibilities

• Refine and perfect the visual elements of photographs using Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software
• Work closely with designers, art directors, and photographers to ensure that final products meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetic appeal
• Manipulate and enhance images to achieve the desired mood, atmosphere, and visual effect
• Remove blemishes, dirt, and other imperfections from images using retouching techniques
• Adjust color, contrast, and exposure to achieve the desired visual effect
• Apply texture, patterns, and other effects to images to enhance their visual appeal
• Work efficiently and effectively, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions to design challenges
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in graphic design and photography, applying this knowledge to improve your skills and workflows
• Assist in the development of style guides and brand identity materials for clients
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all work is accurate and of high quality
• Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design or photography, with a focus on image retouching and manipulation
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software, including Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition
• Excellent technical skills, including color correction, exposure adjustment, and retouching
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, art directors, and photographers
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
• Familiarity with industry-standard workflows and best practices for image retouching and manipulation
• Strong creative vision and aesthetic sense, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to design challenges
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work on a wide range of projects and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
