About the role

Pinecrest Systems is preparing a critical product launch and needs a focused QA Software Tester to boost test automation coverage. You will work closely with developers to identify high‑risk regression areas and design automated checks that run nightly.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing manual test suites and prioritize candidates for automation
• Develop and maintain Selenium‑based test scripts in a CI pipeline
• Collaborate with devs to embed test hooks and improve testability
• Generate clear defect reports and track resolution progress
• Provide quick feedback loops to reduce release risk

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in QA testing with a focus on automation
• Proficiency in Selenium and scripting languages
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and test integration

Nice to have

• Familiarity with API testing tools
• Experience in performance or load testing
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git
