Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive online research to gather data and insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems to store and organize research data
• Create comprehensive research reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate findings to senior researchers, analysts, and clients
• Collaborate with senior researchers, analysts, and project managers to design and implement research projects, including survey design, data collection, and data analysis
• Participate in project meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions to contribute to the development of research projects and solutions
• Utilize a range of tools and technologies, including data analysis software, online research platforms, and project management systems
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion of research projects
• Conduct quality control checks on research data and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Provide administrative support to senior researchers, analysts, and project managers, including data entry, document management, and correspondence
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and research methodologies to stay current and informed in the field
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance research skills, knowledge, and expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework
• At least 1-2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality research projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively
• Proficiency in data analysis software, online research platforms, and project management systems, including Excel, SPSS, and Asana
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy, completeness, and consistency in research data and reports
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create comprehensive research reports and presentations
