About the role
Keystone Digital is launching a focused integration effort to connect its billing platform, CRM, and internal services. We need a REST API Developer who can design, implement, and document robust endpoints that enable seamless data flow across these systems. The role is part‑time, allowing you to work flexibly while delivering high‑quality code.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build RESTful APIs that bridge billing, CRM, and internal micro‑services
- Write clean, maintainable NodeJS code with thorough unit tests
- Collaborate with product and ops teams to define data contracts and error handling
- Optimize PostgreSQL queries for performance and reliability
- Document API specifications using OpenAPI/Swagger
Must-have skills
- Strong experience building REST APIs with NodeJS
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands‑on knowledge of PostgreSQL schema design and query tuning
- Understanding of authentication, rate limiting, and logging best practices
Nice to have
- Familiarity with billing or CRM platforms
- Experience with API gateways or serverless functions
- Basic knowledge of Docker for local development
