Senior Docker Kubernetes Specialist for Container Platform Build

About the role

TechFlow Inc is expanding a B2B SaaS product with a new multi-tenant capability. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, implement, and fine‑tune the container orchestration needed for isolated tenant environments while keeping performance and security tight.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy multi‑tenant Kubernetes clusters on cloud infrastructure
• Create Docker images and Helm charts tailored for tenant isolation
• Implement CI/CD pipelines that automate rollout and rollback of tenant features
• Monitor cluster health, resource usage, and enforce security policies
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to align infrastructure with feature specs

Must-have skills

• 5+ years managing Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Deep knowledge of multi‑tenant design patterns and network policies
• Experience with Helm, Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Proficiency in Linux, scripting, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Nice to have

• Background in B2B SaaS environments
• Familiarity with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
• Understanding of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana)
