About the role
TechFlow Inc is empowering operations teams with a robust data pipeline and analytics platform. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, deploy, and optimize containerized workloads that ingest, transform, and visualize operational data in real time.
Key responsibilities
- Architect scalable Kubernetes clusters on cloud providers for data processing jobs
- Containerize ETL components using Docker and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Configure monitoring, logging, and auto‑scaling for high‑throughput analytics workloads
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure secure data flows and compliance
- Document deployment patterns and provide knowledge transfer to internal DevOps staff
Must-have skills
- 5+ years managing Docker and Kubernetes in production
- Deep knowledge of Helm, Kustomize, or similar templating tools
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and networking concepts
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) for automation
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data streaming platforms such as Kafka or Pulsar
- Background in analytics tools like Spark, Flink, or Presto
- Certification in cloud architecture or Kubernetes administration
