About the role

BrightMart Solutions is launching a rapid CI/CD and platform automation sprint to shrink release cycles. As an Identity Access Management Specialist you will secure the new SecureDeploy Hub module, ensuring that every automated pipeline respects least‑privilege principles while supporting faster feature delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement role‑based access controls for the SecureDeploy Hub CI/CD pipelines using AWS IAM and HashiCorp Vault.
• Integrate automated policy checks into Jenkins and GitLab CI jobs to enforce MFA and token rotation.
• Audit and remediate permission drift across Kubernetes clusters during the sprint milestones.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to embed SAML SSO into the deployment dashboard and document the flow.
• Provide real‑time access‑review reports via Splunk dashboards for each sprint release.
• Conduct a post‑sprint security review and deliver a hardening checklist for future automation cycles.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with AWS IAM, Cognito, and cross‑account role management.
• Proficiency in integrating SSO/SAML with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Hands‑on knowledge of HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management.
• Strong scripting ability in Python or Bash for automated policy enforcement.
• Understanding of Kubernetes RBAC and container security best practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure‑as‑code security.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC2 or ISO27001.
