About the role

Keystone Digital is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a Java Developer who can design, refactor, and optimize core backend components to meet strict SLAs and improve system resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing Java services for latency and failure points
• Redesign critical microservices using Spring Boot best practices
• Implement robust logging, tracing, and circuit‑breaker patterns
• Write unit and integration tests to guarantee reliability
• Collaborate with QA and Ops to validate performance gains

Must-have skills

• Strong Java expertise with Spring Boot
• Hands‑on experience building microservice architectures
• Proficiency in performance profiling and tuning
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

Nice to have

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with distributed tracing tools (Jaeger, Zipkin)
• Background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
