About the role

SwiftTask Agency is designing a scalable, event‑driven platform to support multiple client services. We need a Microservices Architect to define the overall architecture, guide implementation, and ensure reliability across distributed components.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document microservice boundaries, communication patterns, and data contracts.
• Select appropriate technologies, define CI/CD pipelines, and enforce container best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate architecture into production‑ready services.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and fault‑tolerance strategies.
• Conduct architecture reviews and mentor engineers on best practices.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience designing and deploying microservice ecosystems.
• Strong expertise with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Deep knowledge of Java for service development.
• Understanding of API design, security, and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Background in DevOps tooling and automated testing.
