About the role
NovaForge Tech is revamping its customer‑facing services to boost performance and reliability. We need a .NET Core Developer who can redesign critical backend components, introduce robust patterns, and ensure low latency under load.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing services and pinpoint bottlenecks
- Refactor codebases using .NET Core best practices
- Implement asynchronous processing and caching strategies
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Collaborate with QA and Ops to validate reliability targets
Must-have skills
- 5+ years of .NET Core development
- Strong C# expertise and Azure experience
- Deep understanding of performance profiling and tuning
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and containerization
Nice to have
- Experience with distributed tracing tools
- Knowledge of micro‑service architecture patterns
- Familiarity with Terraform or ARM templates
