About the role

Vertex Analytics is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay live 24/7. We need a React Native Developer to redesign core mobile components, ensure seamless feature rollout, and uphold zero‑downtime standards.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor existing React Native codebase for performance and scalability
• Implement hot‑module replacement and OTA updates to avoid service interruptions
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate new APIs without breaking current flows
• Write automated tests and monitor release health in production
• Document migration steps and share knowledge with the team

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript
• Experience delivering Android and iOS apps in production
• Understanding of zero‑downtime deployment strategies
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile

Nice to have

• Knowledge of legacy code migration patterns
• Experience with TypeScript in React Native projects
• Background in performance profiling tools
