Key Responsibilities

• Enter survey data into our database with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Assist with data analysis and reporting, including data visualization and summarization
• Collaborate with the research team to identify data trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain data entry procedures and guidelines
• Provide customer service support to clients and survey respondents
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in market research and data analysis
• Assist with data management and data cleaning tasks
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve data entry processes
• Develop and maintain documentation of data entry procedures and guidelines
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy and quality
• Provide training and support to new team members on data entry procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field (e.g., business, statistics, computer science) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data entry software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, including data visualization and summarization
• Knowledge of data quality control and quality assurance principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist) preferred
