Key Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice-overs for various projects, including corporate videos, commercials, animated series, and video games.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all voice-over recordings meet the required standards and align with the clients' vision.
• Develop and maintain a wide range of voice styles and characters to cater to diverse project requirements.
• Participate in voice-over direction and coaching sessions to refine performances and achieve the desired tone and style.
• Work closely with the scriptwriting team to provide input on script development and suggest improvements.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to voice-over and audio production.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to ensure that voice-over elements are integrated effectively into the overall project strategy.
• Develop and maintain a professional home recording studio, ensuring that it meets the necessary technical standards for high-quality voice-over recordings.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure seamless integration of voice-over recordings into the final product.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay organized and maintain accurate records of voice-over recordings, scripts, and project correspondence.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry developments.
• Contribute to the development of the company's voice-over style guide, ensuring consistency across all projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in voice-over work, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and range.
• Professional training in voice-over, acting, or a related field.
• Excellent vocal technique, with the ability to produce high-quality recordings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, directors, and production teams.
• Proficiency in audio recording software, such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Pro Tools.
• Experience with voice-over direction and coaching, with the ability to take direction and adapt to feedback.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to manage digital files and correspondence.
• Certification in voice-over or a related field, such as audio engineering or music production.
