About the role

LumenWorks is launching a focused sprint to accelerate releases through CI/CD and platform automation. We need a DevOps Engineer who can design, implement, and fine‑tune pipelines that empower rapid, reliable delivery across our cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows on AWS using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
• Integrate security scanning and automated testing into release pipelines
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot build failures and performance bottlenecks

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
• Proven track record building scalable CI/CD pipelines
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience with IaC tools and monitoring solutions

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GitOps practices
• Experience with serverless architectures
• Knowledge of cost‑optimization strategies in cloud environments
