Senior Full Stack Web Developer Needed for E-commerce Platform

About the role

NexGen Media is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a Full Stack Web Developer to audit, reinforce, and future‑proof our codebase while keeping delivery velocity high.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and remediate security gaps in existing React front‑ends and NodeJS services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and input validation best practices.
• Refactor data access layers to use MongoDB securely and efficiently.
• Write automated tests and integrate them into CI pipelines.
• Document security enhancements and provide knowledge transfer to the internal team.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React, NodeJS, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
• Proven track record securing cloud‑native applications.
• Familiarity with OWASP guidelines and common attack vectors.
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Background in penetration testing or security audits.
