About the role

NovaForge Tech is accelerating its CI/CD and platform automation sprint to shrink release cycles. We need a Cybersecurity Analyst who can embed security controls directly into the pipeline, ensuring each build is hardened before it reaches production.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate static and dynamic analysis tools into CI/CD workflows
• Develop automated security testing scripts for container images and IaC templates
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to remediate vulnerabilities in real time
• Monitor pipeline logs for suspicious activity and generate actionable alerts
• Document security policies tailored to fast‑track releases

Must-have skills

• Hands‑on experience with security tooling in CI/CD (e.g., Snyk, Trivy)
• Proficiency in Python for scripting automated checks
• Strong Linux administration background
• Understanding of secure coding practices and threat modeling

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud IAM and zero‑trust architectures
• Experience with container orchestration security (Kubernetes)
