About the role

BlueSky Ventures is expanding its B2B platform with a multi‑tenant feature set. We need a Cybersecurity Analyst to design, implement, and validate security controls that protect tenant data and isolate workloads across shared infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Assess threat vectors specific to multi‑tenant architectures and define mitigation strategies.
• Develop security hardening scripts and policies for Linux servers and containers.
• Implement continuous monitoring, logging, and alerting for cross‑tenant activities.
• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability scanning on new feature releases.
• Collaborate with developers to embed security checks into CI pipelines.

Must-have skills

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Deep experience securing Linux environments and cloud‑native workloads.
• Hands‑on experience with IDS/IPS, firewalls, and encryption mechanisms.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with container orchestration security (Kubernetes).
• Experience in SaaS multi‑tenant risk assessments.
