About the role
Vertex Analytics is preparing a major app store launch that requires tight coordination between mobile and backend services. We need a DevOps Engineer to design and implement the CI/CD pipelines that guarantee smooth deployments and rapid rollbacks across both environments.
Key responsibilities
- Build end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows for iOS/Android builds and backend services
- Containerize micro‑services with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes
- Configure AWS resources (ECS/EKS, S3, IAM) to support scalable releases
- Automate environment provisioning and secret management
- Monitor release health and set up alerts for performance regressions
Must-have skills
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
- Proficiency in AWS services and infrastructure as code
- Hands‑on CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Understanding of mobile build pipelines and backend integration
Nice to have
- Experience with Fastlane or similar mobile deployment tools
- Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation
- Familiarity with monitoring stacks like Prometheus/Grafana
