About the role
LumenWorks is revamping a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. We need a DevOps Engineer who can design and implement zero‑downtime migration strategies while improving reliability and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Architect blue‑green and canary deployment pipelines for seamless code rollouts
- Containerize legacy services with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using AWS native services
- Implement robust CI/CD workflows, including automated testing and monitoring
- Collaborate with developers to refactor scripts for cloud‑native operation
Must-have skills
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudWatch)
- Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
- Understanding of zero‑downtime deployment patterns and infrastructure as code
Nice to have
- Experience modernizing monolithic applications
- Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Background in monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana
