DevOps Engineer – Release Engineering Program

About the role

Silverline Labs is launching a new product and needs a DevOps Engineer to uplift test automation and cut regression risk before release. You will design and integrate automated test pipelines that seamlessly fit into existing CI/CD workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable, container‑based test environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Integrate automated test suites into AWS‑hosted pipelines
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to define test coverage criteria
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize test execution performance
• Document best practices and handover procedures for ongoing maintenance

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
• Hands‑on AWS infrastructure management
• Solid scripting/automation skills (Shell, Python, or Groovy)
• Understanding of test automation frameworks and strategies

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing tools
• Knowledge of security testing integration
• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation
