About the role

CoreData Systems is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a Java Developer to refactor critical pathways, improve latency, and ensure fault‑tolerant operation across the stack.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing services to identify bottlenecks and reliability gaps
• Rewrite key components using Spring Boot and microservice patterns
• Implement profiling, load testing, and automated health checks
• Collaborate with QA and Ops to define SLOs and monitoring dashboards
• Document code changes and create migration guides for the team

Must-have skills

• Strong Java expertise with Spring Boot
• Hands‑on experience building and scaling microservices
• Proficiency in performance profiling and tuning
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control

Nice to have

• Kubernetes or Docker container experience
• Knowledge of distributed tracing tools (e.g., Jaeger)
• Background in cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
