About the role

Northbay Systems is building a robust data pipeline to empower operations teams with real‑time analytics. We need a .NET Core Developer to design, implement, and optimize services that ingest, transform, and expose operational data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑performance .NET Core micro‑services for data ingestion and processing
• Integrate Azure services such as Event Hubs, Functions, and Data Lake
• Implement RESTful APIs for analytics dashboards and reporting tools
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure data integrity and reliability
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to refine data models and pipelines

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with .NET Core and C#
• Proficiency in Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines
• Understanding of data streaming, ETL concepts, and API design
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes orchestration
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases for analytics
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
