About the role

Northbay Systems is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a detail‑oriented QA Software Tester to design and execute test plans that ensure seamless data flow and reliable user experiences across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop functional and regression test cases for API integrations.
• Automate critical test scenarios using Selenium.
• Validate data consistency between billing, CRM, and internal services.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot defects.
• Maintain clear test documentation and status reporting.

Must-have skills

• 2+ years of hands‑on QA testing experience.
• Proficiency with Selenium for web automation.
• Strong understanding of API testing (REST/JSON).
• Experience writing clear, concise test cases and bug reports.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.
• Exposure to billing or CRM platforms.
