About the role

TechFlow Inc is launching an integration project that links billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a QA Software Tester to design and execute test plans that ensure seamless data flow and reliable user experiences across the connected systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive functional, regression, and integration test cases for the billing‑CRM‑API workflow.
• Automate critical test scenarios using Selenium and maintain test scripts in a shared repository.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and reproduce defects.
• Track test execution, report defects, and verify fixes in an agile sprint cycle.
• Validate data integrity and performance thresholds during end‑to‑end transactions.

Must-have skills

• 2+ years of hands‑on QA testing for SaaS integrations.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of API testing tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.
• Familiarity with billing or CRM platforms.
