Senior CI/CD Pipeline Engineer Needed for High-Volume Kubernetes Deployment

About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching a greenfield SaaS product with a fully remote team. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and optimize the end‑to‑end delivery workflow from code commit to production release.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a scalable CI/CD pipeline using GitOps principles
• Integrate automated testing, security scans, and performance checks
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes
• Configure AWS infrastructure as code for reliable environments
• Document pipeline standards and mentor team members on best practices

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines for cloud‑native applications
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
• Hands‑on with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar
• Infrastructure as code expertise (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of service mesh technologies
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks
