Senior DevOps Engineer for Customer-Facing Infrastructure Automation

About the role

BrightMart Solutions is expanding its B2B platform with a multi‑tenant feature set. We need a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the CI/CD pipeline and cloud infrastructure that will support rapid, isolated tenant deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and automate scalable AWS environments for multi‑tenant isolation
• Build and refine CI/CD workflows using GitOps principles
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for tenant‑specific metrics
• Collaborate with developers to embed security and compliance checks

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with AWS services (ECS/EKS, IAM, VPC)
• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes cluster management
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Automation scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)

Nice to have

• Experience with multi‑tenant SaaS architectures
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
• Knowledge of security frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001)
