About the role

Summit Digital is creating a robust data pipeline to empower operations teams with real‑time analytics. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design, implement, and optimize the database layer that feeds our analytics engine.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build MongoDB schemas tailored for high‑velocity ingest
• Develop ETL processes that move data from source systems into MongoDB
• Implement indexing, sharding, and performance tuning for low‑latency queries
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and consistency
• Write automation scripts for backup, restore, and monitoring

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with MongoDB design, aggregation, and performance tuning
• Strong command of JavaScript and NodeJS for data processing
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and data pipelines
• Understanding of cloud environments and containerization

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React for building internal dashboards
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
