About the role

Silverline Labs is preparing a major app store release and needs a MongoDB Specialist to align mobile and backend data flows. You will ensure schema consistency, performance tuning, and seamless integration with the upcoming mobile features.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas for mobile data sync
• Implement indexing and sharding strategies for high‑traffic endpoints
• Collaborate with mobile engineers to define API contracts
• Set up monitoring, backup, and disaster‑recovery processes
• Write migration scripts for legacy data transformations

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with MongoDB deployment and performance tuning
• Strong JavaScript/NodeJS development background
• Experience building RESTful APIs for mobile apps
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

Nice to have

• Knowledge of React Native data handling patterns
• Experience with cloud‑hosted MongoDB services (Atlas, etc.)
