About the role

BlueSky Ventures is launching an integration project that links billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design and implement data pipelines that keep these systems in sync while ensuring performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Architect MongoDB schemas tailored for transactional billing data and CRM records
• Build aggregation pipelines that merge API responses into unified views
• Implement change streams to propagate updates across services in real time
• Optimize queries and indexes for low latency during peak billing cycles
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to define data contracts

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with MongoDB design, sharding, and performance tuning
• Proficiency in JavaScript/NodeJS for server‑side data handling
• Understanding of RESTful API integration patterns
• Ability to write clear documentation and data models

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud‑hosted MongoDB services (Atlas, etc.)
• Experience automating deployments with CI/CD pipelines
