Senior Terraform Engineer for Observability Stack Setup

About the role

Harbor Softworks is expanding its B2B platform with a new multi-tenant feature set. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and hand‑off infrastructure as code that supports isolated tenant environments while keeping operational overhead low.

Key responsibilities

• Architect modular Terraform configurations for multi‑tenant isolation
• Integrate Terraform pipelines into existing CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate with backend and security teams to enforce tenant‑level policies
• Write documentation and runbooks for future hand‑over
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices for state management

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Terraform on AWS
• Deep understanding of IAM, VPC, and networking for tenant segregation
• Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Hands‑on DevOps mindset and automated testing of IaC

Nice to have

• Experience with Terragrunt or CDK
• Knowledge of cost‑optimization strategies for multi‑tenant workloads
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like CloudWatch or Prometheus
