Key Responsibilities

• Research and write high-quality, engaging content on various tech-related topics, including but not limited to software development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data science.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts, thought leaders, and industry professionals to gather insights and information for articles and blog posts.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand voice, tone, and style, ensuring consistency across all content assets.
• Work closely with designers and developers to create visually appealing, interactive, and immersive content experiences that enhance user engagement and brand loyalty.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, including keyword research, meta tagging, and link building.
• Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence, meeting the highest standards of quality and excellence.
• Participate in content planning and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas, suggestions, and insights to drive content innovation and creativity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments, ensuring that our content remains relevant, timely, and authoritative.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and content is published on schedule.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry experts, thought leaders, and brand partners, to secure interviews, collaborations, and content opportunities.
• Analyze content performance using metrics and analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
• Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related field, with a focus on technology, software development, or a similar industry.
• Proven portfolio of high-quality content, showcasing writing skills, industry knowledge, and versatility in tone, style, and format.
• Strong research and interviewing skills, with the ability to extract insights and information from subject matter experts and thought leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in content management systems, such as WordPress, and experience with collaboration tools, such as Trello, Asana, or Slack.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality content under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and coherence, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in all content assets.
• Collaborative mindset, with experience working with cross-functional teams, including editorial, design, and development teams, to conceptualize, create, and publish high-quality content.
