Hi! I run an online course business teaching people how to start profitable Etsy shops and Amazon KDP businesses (currently 6–8 figure revenue). We have hundreds of students buying courses and joining our community every month.
I need a super organized person to handle data entry (moving student info into spreadsheets, adding them to email lists) and light customer support (answering the same 20–30 questions over and over via email or Facebook group).
This is honestly one of the easiest remote jobs out there — perfect if you’re detail-oriented, patient, and want steady monthly pay with almost zero stress.
Responsibilities
Add new students to Google Sheets master list
Enroll students in Teachable/Kajabi and send welcome emails
Add buyers to ConvertKit lists/tags
Answer 15–30 support emails/FB messages per day (templates provided)
Process simple refunds in Teachable/Stripe
Update course access when people upgrade
Flag any weird issues to me
Light community moderation (approve posts, delete spam)
Track common questions and suggest new FAQ entries
Required Skills
Excellent written English (clear and friendly)
Google Sheets mastery (filters, basic formulas)
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Attention to detail (names/emails must be 100% correct)
Patient and polite with customers
Nice to Have
Experience with Teachable, Kajabi, or Circle.so
Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, Nigeria, or LATAM
Previous customer support experience
Familiar with ConvertKit or ActiveCampaign
Knows Etsy/Amazon KDP (big bonus but not required)
Typical Weekly/Monthly Tasks
10–16 hours per week
Data entry: 4–6 hrs
Customer support replies: 6–10 hrs (can be done in 2–3 short blocks per day)
Almost nothing on weekends

Payment Structure
Basic Tier – $250/month (10 hrs/week, data entry only)
Standard Tier – $350/month (13 hrs/week, data entry + basic support)
Premium Tier – $450/month (16 hrs/week, full support + refund processing)
Paid on the 1st via Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer.

Google Workspace, Teachable/Kajabi, ConvertKit, Facebook Group, Stripe dashboard (all simple)
Training Provided
Yes — paid onboarding week, 20+ Loom videos, full template library, and I’ll shadow your first 50 tickets.
Realistic Expectations
This is repetitive work. If you hate answering the same questions, this isn’t for you. But if you want easy, stable income and a boss who treats you like a human, you’ll love it.
