About the role

CloudWave Digital is launching a focused sprint to tighten CI/CD pipelines and automate platform tasks, aiming for quicker, reliable releases. We need a Node.js Developer who can embed automation into our existing workflow and help the team adopt best‑in‑class practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Node.js scripts to orchestrate build, test, and deployment stages.
• Integrate GitHub Actions or similar CI tools with our cloud environment.
• Create reusable modules for environment provisioning and secret management.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to refine rollback and monitoring mechanisms.
• Document automation patterns and train junior staff on usage.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with NodeJS and Express.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript ES6+.
• Hands‑on work with REST API design and consumption.
• Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience using cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
