About the role

We are a marketing‑focused agency building a data‑driven campaign platform. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design, implement, and optimize the database layer for a key analytics module.

Key responsibilities

• Design schema and data models aligned with marketing data flows
• Develop aggregation pipelines and indexes for high‑performance queries
• Implement data migration scripts and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate MongoDB with Node.js services
• Monitor performance and recommend scaling strategies

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with MongoDB schema design and aggregation
• Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript ecosystem
• Understanding of data security and backup best practices
• Ability to write clear documentation and unit tests

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud databases (Atlas, AWS DocumentDB)
• Familiarity with Docker containerization
