About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is preparing a major app store release that tightly couples its mobile front‑end with backend services. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and fine‑tune automation that ensures seamless builds, tests, and deployments across both platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a unified CI/CD workflow for iOS/Android and backend microservices.
• Integrate automated security scans and performance benchmarks into pipelines.
• Maintain Docker images and Helm charts for Kubernetes clusters on AWS.
• Collaborate with mobile and backend developers to resolve pipeline bottlenecks.
• Monitor pipeline health and implement rollback strategies for release candidates.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Hands‑on with AWS services (ECS, CodePipeline, CloudWatch).
• Solid scripting in Bash/Python for automation tasks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mobile build tools such as Fastlane.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
