About the role

Ridgeline Software is scaling its release process to cut regression risk before each launch. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design and automate test pipelines that catch defects early and streamline deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows for automated test suites
• Integrate static analysis, unit, integration, and UI tests into pipelines
• Configure and maintain Docker and Kubernetes environments for test execution
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to define test coverage metrics
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve reliability

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines in AWS
• Strong grasp of Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
• Hands‑on DevOps practices and automation scripting
• Understanding of test automation frameworks and regression risk mitigation

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with performance testing tools
• Knowledge of security scanning in CI pipelines
