Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop and other design software to meet our high standards of quality.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and copywriters to produce exceptional visual materials that exceed our clients' expectations.
• Work on a diverse range of projects, from editorials and advertising campaigns to social media content and online publications.
• Ensure that all images are meticulously crafted to capture the essence of our clients' brands, while maintaining a high level of creativity and originality.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, including their visual identities, tone, and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in photography and visual content creation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual materials.
• Communicate effectively with our team and clients, providing clear and concise feedback and guidance on visual content creation.
• Contribute to the development of our visual content strategy, providing input on creative direction, visual style, and brand consistency.
• Perform quality control checks on all visual materials to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and branding.
• Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all projects, including timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts for visual content creation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photo Editor, with a strong portfolio of work that showcases your creative and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with expertise in photo editing, retouching, and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, art directors, and copywriters.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for quality and consistency in visual content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box to resolve complex visual content challenges.
• Proficiency in other design software, such as Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign, is highly desirable.
• Certification in photo editing or visual design is an asset, but not required.
