About the role

TechFlow Inc is expanding its B2B SaaS platform with a new multi‑tenant feature set. We need a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and automate the delivery pipeline that supports isolated tenant environments while keeping operational overhead low.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain CI/CD workflows for multi‑tenant releases
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate on Kubernetes
• Configure AWS resources (ECS/EKS, RDS, S3) for secure tenant isolation
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for tenant‑specific metrics
• Collaborate with developers to embed infrastructure as code practices

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Proficiency in AWS services and IAM best practices
• Hands‑on CI/CD pipeline creation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Solid understanding of multi‑tenant architecture patterns

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies
• Knowledge of security compliance for SaaS platforms
