About the role

Vertex Analytics is preparing a high‑impact app store launch that requires tight mobile and backend coordination. We need a DevOps Engineer to streamline CI/CD pipelines, ensure reliable deployments, and bridge the gap between mobile front‑ends and backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated pipelines for iOS/Android builds and backend services.
• Implement container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
• Monitor and optimize performance, scaling, and security of the release environment.
• Collaborate with mobile developers and backend engineers to align release schedules.
• Document infrastructure as code and provide knowledge transfer.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar).
• Strong command of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Solid scripting abilities for automation.
• Understanding of mobile build processes and backend integration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
• Background in mobile app release pipelines.
