About the role

Cascade Apps is enhancing its test automation framework to cut regression risk before each product launch. We need a full stack web developer who can integrate automated UI tests into our CI pipeline and improve test coverage across the stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end test scripts using JavaScript and Selenium/WebDriver
• Extend existing React components with test hooks and data‑attributes
• Build lightweight NodeJS services to trigger and report test runs
• Collaborate with QA engineers to define risk‑based test suites
• Maintain MongoDB test data sets and ensure data isolation

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in React, NodeJS, JavaScript
• Hands‑on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium)
• Understanding of CI/CD integration for automated testing
• Familiarity with MongoDB schema design for test data

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker containers for test environments
• Knowledge of performance testing and load simulation
