About the role

SwiftTask Agency is looking for a focused Node.js Developer to join a short‑term project building a scalable microservice for a client dashboard. You will work independently while collaborating with a small team to deliver clean, efficient server‑side code.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express
• Integrate third‑party services and databases
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Document API endpoints and technical decisions

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with NodeJS and Express framework
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of REST API design principles
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or containerization
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
